Because of the personalized nature of the products we design at Print Mynd, we cannot offer returns. Your digital pet portraits is always created with handle and love for you and your pet.
But if you are not satisfied with your product, then you are welcome to get in touch with us. Our customer happiness is at the topmost priority.
If you received the wrong product, damaged product, or incorrect size or print, we are happy to replace it without asking any further questions. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
And if you have recently placed an order and suddenly changed your mind, then we accept the cancellation requests but if the order has been processed already then you will get an email from outside stating,” your art piece work has started”. Once the artwork is in process, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
Moreover, after 24 hours of placing your order, all kinds of orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable whatsoever.
Please always follow our photo guide instructions. If you don’t follow it, we won’t be able to provide you any better solution. It is your responsibility to provide us a high-resolution photo, otherwise, a low-quality resolution picture will affect your final digital pet portraits masterpiece.
