The products we deliver go into production only after getting your approval via mail. As the products are customized and made just for you, we can only provide a refund if the item received is faulty or damaged.

If you customize your order and ask for a digital portrait, you will get a digital copy of the same in your inbox. A custom or personalized portrait, on the other hand, is a physical portrait that you will receive at the address you provided.
No, the frames are for representational purposes only. However, we can send you the frame for an additional £10.
